A birth doula is a woman trained and experienced in childbirth who provides continuous physical, emotional, and informational support to the mother before, during and just after childbirth. Space Coast Doulas supports women and their families during the journey of pregnancy and birth in the way that the woman defines it.  Empowering her to discover and enhance her own unique birthing style, our doulas draw from a diverse set of experiences and skills.
