Childbirth Classes:

• Many of our doulas are also childbirth educators with Birth Resources of Brevard.

Doula Services:
The fees for doula services vary from doula to doula.  Fees and payments are usually discussed and decided upon during the first in-home visit. The typical Doula's services include:

• Initial in-home visit
• 1-2 prenatal visits
• Labor, birth and 1-2 hours postpartum
• In-home visit usually 1 week after the birth
• 24 hour phone and email contact
• Back up doula (used only if your doula has an extreme emergency)
• Some doulas also do extras like: taking pictures (at your request and ONLY with your permission), creating a DVD of the pictures to preserve the memory of the birth for you and your family, writing your birth story to remind you of all the details of your birth, demonstration of infant massage and swaddling, provide literature and resources on an array of topics for new parents, and lots of little touches!
