Sheila Dilling
Birth Doula
Hi! I’m Sheila, a devoted and passionate Birth Doula serving Brevard County, Florida and surrounding areas. Supporting families throughout pregnancy, birth, and postpartum is not just my profession - it’s my calling!
My passion for birth work began when I gave birth to my daughter at a young age. During my pregnancy and birth, I felt as though I was not provided with any alternative treatments or options for birth. Advocacy was very minimal, and my providers were less than helpful when it came to educating me about pregnancy and my body. After my daughter’s birth, I felt empowered to help other moms and their families, so that they would not have the negative experience that I did. I have provided services for friends and family for many years, finally expanding to provide services for families in the community when I moved to Florida in 2022.
As a Birth Doula, I provide emotional, physical, and educational support tailored to your unique needs - whether you are planning a home birth, hospital birth, or birthing center birth. I work to educate and nurture you and your family as you welcome new life. I believe that every woman and her family deserves to feel heard, while receiving compassionate, nonjudgemental support. This support provides the confidence needed to make informed choices about your care.
I would be honored to walk beside you and your growing family during one of life’s most sacred and transformative experiences. From your first prenatal visit to your postpartum healing, my goal is to make sure you feel seen, heard, and supported every step of the way.
I have been trained through DONA International. I also hold an additional Birth Doula Certification through DNT Network.
I would love to talk with you about your pregnancy and upcoming birth. Feel free to text/call any time! (978) 257 - 4309
