Hello! My name is Christy Lyn and I am a Birth and Postpartum Doula. I have had the privilege to support many local moms through pregnancy and postpartum. I would love the opportunity to meet with you and discuss how I can help make your birthing experience positive and memorable.
The journey of a new mother is a profound one. It is a time of great opportunity and great vulnerability. I am always mindful of this transition and meet it with respect and support.
I am available for homebirths, hospital births, and birth center. My training includes Spinning Babies and Rebozo. I also have experience with Hypnobabies, essential oils, and visual relaxation. I help moms feel empowered so they can greet their birthing day with confidence.
