Since 2004, Lydia has been serving Brevard County’s families as a birth and postpartum doula. Her dedication and professionalism to each and every client is paralleled by few. She is highly respected and recommended by care providers throughout the county.

Lydia is passionate about educating parents on their options; empowering them to make educated decisions that are best for them and their growing family. She teaches Childbirth, Breastfeeding, Baby Care, and Sibling classes privately and for Holmes Regional Medical Center. In addition, she taught in the Teen Parent Program in the local high schools for 10 years. She stays up to date on current research and studies to better serve her clients.

A long term commitment in childbirth has led Lydia to encourage and support women wanting a natural birth, medicated, VBACs or Caesarean deliveries. She offers encouragement, support, guidance, and comfort to all her clients.
Lydia’s own birth experiences enlightened her to the need of birth and postpartum support. She is the mother of four amazing boys. She lives with her family in Malabar, Florida where she brings an abundance of love, joy and peace to all around her.
